Yes. Facepunch's rules for community servers allow subscriptions, donations and cosmetic perks. MAKO never sells paid Steam skins or Facepunch DLC content.
Nothing changes: status, badges, title and colours are kept. MAKO wipes on the 1st Thursday of the month and 2 weeks later, at 20:00 Paris time.
